Schedule of Additional Services

The Market Code entitles the CMA to charge for providing any Additional Service for a Trading Party in accordance with a Schedule of Additional Services, which the CMA shall publish.  Where the Additional Service is requested on a one off or ad hoc basis the CMA shall be entitled to agree a charge for the relevant service with the Trading Party requesting the service.

The Market Code also allows for the CMA to treat requests for Retrospective Amendments, submitted under CSD0105, as Additional Services and for those Retrospective Amendments for which an approach has already been established, costs and requirements have been identified in the Schedule of Additional Services. For these Retrospective Amendment approaches, the request should take the form of data submissions, using the data formats given in the table below. Any changes to these data formats will only be made with 10 business days notice or more.
